Things I learned from a 3 year old

It’s been nearly 20 years since I’ve had a 3 year-old at home so I learned a few things from my grandson during Christmas week.

  • “Good morning, momma – I missed you while I was sleeping” can cure just about anything!
  • Watching the movie Cars for the 5th time in a week is just as funny as the first time – especially the tractor tipping.
  • “Hey, guess what – Boo!” is funny any time of the day or night.
  • A thirty minute nap is better than no nap at all.
  • Sometimes it’s OK to Hop on Pop, but it’s never OK to Hop on Momma because she’s a delicate flower

Listen to a 3 year-old for even an hour and you could learn a few things.
